Stewart led a master plan for Wake County Public Schools and the Town of Fuquay-Varina to accommodate Hilltop Needmore Elementary and a Community and Senior Center. This master plan is a critical component of the overall planning for the Hilltop Needmore Town Park & Preserve.
Stewart’s Landscape Architecture and Civil Engineering practice areas provided site analysis and site design, including:
- Master planning of the vehicular and pedestrian areas.
- On-site roadway design and queuing.
- Open spaces, including entry plaza, outdoor play, and learning spaces.
- ADA connectivity.
- Sustainable stormwater conveyance and management.
- Utilities strategy and design.
