Stewart provided structural engineering, civil engineering, and landscape architecture on this new administrative facility. The two-story, 17,765-square-foot building features offices and gathering spaces designed to welcome children and adults into a warm, welcoming space.
The site design included pedestrian and vehicular circulation, parking, planting design, and street improvements to incorporate a public sidewalk, bike lane, and street trees.
