Project Overview
This project involved the renovation of an existing office and manufacturing facility for Atlantic Packaging. The renovation also included the addition of an office mezzanine inside the existing plant.
Stewart Responsibilities
For the manufacturing space, we added a large pit for new equipment, and the existing column footing had to be shored due to the new pit depth. Several openings were cut into the existing precast wall panels. This location will become the testing and innovation facility for the company, where clients will be able to see how goods can be safely packaged. The completed renovations include a potential client viewing space and specialty equipment to demonstrate Atlantic Packaging’s ability to meet any needs.
