This 1,600-acre mixed-use planned community was the first project of its kind in West Virginia. It consists of 2.76 million square feet of commercial/office use. It also includes 2,233 residential units, consisting of condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes, while thirty percent of the land was retained as open space. The plan integrated parks, open space, and pedestrian/bicycle trails. Completed projects include the Bridgeport Conference Center, two hotels, professional offices, restaurants, a convenience center, condos, and townhomes.
