This project involves a commercial retail development that features a grocery store and four smaller outparcel structures. Stewart was invited to provide landscape design services at both major entrances to the development. In addition, we designed a plaza with a small open play artificial turf lawn between the outparcel buildings to serve as a core connector plaza, and we consulted on the pedestrian lighting design for the plaza area. Stewart performed construction administration for the portions of the development in which we were involved at the design stages.
