Stewart is providing structural engineering on Radius Dilworth a new multi-family residential project consisting of two towers, Overlook and Enclave, along Morehead Street just south of Uptown Charlotte. Overlook is a 27-story concrete tower with a five-story wood wrapper on floors 4-8 and an amenity courtyard on the 12th floor with an outdoor pool. Enclave is an eight-story, mid-rise building of five stories of wood framing over three levels of concrete. The residential community will contain 626 units between the two buildings.
