This project involves the NEPA Planning and Functional Design to produce an Environmental Document for a potential new interchange, relocation of NC 78, and superstreet design on US 1-15-501. Stewart was tasked with developing the document and design by task orders, with the first task order involving the initial data gathering and coordination to determine alternatives to carry to detailed study.
