This project involved a new two-story town hall and a sister project that extended Landing View Drive to the Town Hall property.
Stewart provided structural engineering, civil engineering, and landscape architecture on the new 14,300-square-foot building, which includes 12,000 square feet of new construction and a 2,300-square-foot shell space. The structural scope began with pre-design with program validation and continued through bidding assistance and construction administration. The site engineering design included parking for staff and visitors, a one-way drop-off lane, utilities and site infrastructure, and a stormwater detention pond. The team also provided consulting services for the design of the extension of Landing View Drive. Stewart’s landscape architects developed the site plan and planting plan for the three-acre site. The design included pedestrian and vehicular circulation, in addition to a grove of plum trees with outdoor seating that is tucked in beside the building.
